The Rampart Caucus plan is to support State and District efforts to identify, vet and elect moderate red or blue party candidates in the 2022 open primaries. Congress is unresponsive, election laws prohibit competition, so instead of fighting the system let’s leverage its vulnerabilities to elect Congress people who can better mediate policy that reflects American values. That’s it.
